Mr. Joseph Zarra, Superintendent of Schools, announced that the September 2008 kindergarten registration for children attaining the age of five years on, or before, October 1, 2008, will be accepted at the Nutley High School Cafeteria, 300 Franklin Avenue from Monday, March 3, 2008 through Friday, March 7, 2008 from 4:00 p.m. to9:00 p.m. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: We will be accepting registrations for Lincoln and Radcliffe Schools on Monday, March 3, 2008, Spring Garden and Washington Schools on Tuesday, March 4, 2008, Yantacaw School and all other schools on Wednesday, March 5, 2008.  Thursday and Friday we will be accepting additional registrations for all schools.

Parents must bring a photo Id,  proof of residency (Mortgage statement, tax bill, apartment lease), current utility bills (one of each) including PSE&G, water, cable,etc.), and a current phone bill.   Also for those who rent, a certified landlord statement must be provided at the time of registration.  These forms are available by contacting Mrs. Joyce Marando at the Board of Education Offices (973-661-8796) or click here to download the forms in pdf.

Please provide the following documents for the child/children being registered: Date of birth (original birth certificate or other legal papers); as well as Health Records (VACCINATIONS: DPT(4),measles(2), mumps(1), rubella(1), polio(3), varivax(1) and hepatitis B (3)as required by New Jersey law).  A Mantoux Test is recommended but not required. Children need not accompany parents at the time of registration.
